Printed in-house in Omaha on our state-of-the-art industrial DTF printer — a commercial four-head machine, not a converted desktop unit. Order by 2 PM and it's ready today at 10106 N 48th St.

The longer the sheet, the lower the rate

Our price per square inch drops from $0.022 on a 22×24 down to $0.014 on a 22×1000. Plenty of printers charge one flat rate whether you buy two feet or eighty. We don't.

You're buying film space, not designs

Fit forty small logos or one big back print — the price is the same. Use every inch.

Two ways to order, one price

• Build it here — upload your images, drag them into place, and let auto-fill pack the gaps. We'll flag anything too low-resolution before you pay. The builder handles sheets up to 240" (20 ft).
• Upload a finished file — already nested your own layout? Send it straight through. This is the route for 400" and longer.

Both paths cost exactly the same. We don't charge extra for using the builder, and we don't discount for skipping it — you're buying film either way.

Sheets 400" and longer

The builder tops out at 240". For the four longest sizes — 400", 500", 750", and 1000" — nest your own layout and send us the print-ready file. Same price, same turnaround. Email it or drop us a download link after you order.

File requirements

• Format: PNG with transparent background (preferred), or PDF
• Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size
• Width: artwork must fit within 21.5" to leave trim margin
• Color: RGB or CMYK both fine

Transparency matters. The white ink underbase is generated from your file's alpha channel — a flattened file sitting on a white square will print the white square.

How to press

285°F · 5 seconds · medium pressure · peel hot.

Works on cotton, poly, blends, canvas, and most bags. If your first sheet doesn't press right, call us — we'd rather sort it out than have you guessing.

A note on the long rolls

Sheets above 400" ship rolled and are heavy — 1000" is over 80 feet of film. Local pickup is easiest for these. Ask us if you're unsure which length fits your run.
