Returns and refunds

Everything we make is printed to order from your artwork. A gang sheet, banner, sticker, or decal carries your design, which means we can't restock it or sell it to anyone else. Custom orders are not returnable. We can't accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or sending us the wrong file.

If we got it wrong, we make it right

That's a promise, not a loophole. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. We'll reprint it at no charge, or refund it if a reprint won't solve the problem. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue — that's usually all we need.

Covered under this:

  • Print defects — banding, streaking, misregistration, or a missing or cracked white underbase
  • Material defects — film that won't release, adhesive failure on stickers or decals, flaws in banner material
  • Our mistake — wrong size, wrong quantity, or the wrong file printed

What isn't covered

  • Artwork that arrived that way. Low resolution, pixelation, wrong colors in the source file, or missing transparency. Our builder flags low-resolution images before you pay — if you approve it and order anyway, the print will faithfully match the file you sent.
  • Screen-to-print color shift. Monitors are backlit and no two are calibrated alike. Printed color will be close, not identical. If exact color matters, order a sample pack first.
  • Pressing results. How a transfer performs depends on your press, your garment, and your settings. Ours are 285°F for 5 seconds, medium pressure, hot peel. If your first sheet doesn't press right, stop and call us before pressing the rest — we'd rather help you troubleshoot than watch you waste film.
  • Damage after delivery — improper storage, heat exposure, or garments washed against care instructions.

Cancellations and changes

Orders move into production fast, often within the hour. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us immediately. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll cancel or amend it and refund you in full. Once it's printed, the film is consumed and we can't undo it.

Sample packs

The $10 DTF sample pack is non-refundable. It ships with a $10 coupon good toward your next order over $50, so the cost comes back to you on your first real run.
